We're giving away 5 free yoga classes at Sacred i Yoga!

I don't know about you, but the holidays just get me revved up for the entire month. It's these times that we need to schedule the time for ourselves the most. Yoga is one of those things that forces me to slow down and get out of my busy-ness mode, if only for an hour. 5 free classes might just get you through Christmas!

I've been wanting to try them out for a long time. Now you get the chance! Just head over to our Facebook page and tell us why you love yoga - or why you want to try it.

Sacred i Yoga is a family-orientated, community studio and boutique in Park Hill. We have classes for everybody from beginners to advanced and an assortment of different yoga styles: vinyasa, anusara, astanga, yin, and yoga nidra.  We even offer tween classes and child classes.  There is FREE child care M, W, Th, Fr at 10am and Sundays at 8:45 AM.

Check out their schedule here.

Hi my name is Jessica and I love yoga and I have had a number of health problems just some of them are fibromyalgia, chronic neck and back pain,a recent car accident in which I suffered locked and dislocated ribs, and the most recent a blood clot in my lung which caused permanent scarring and now I have pain in my lung and trouble breathing. I have been to physical therapy for my rib injury from car accident and neck and back injuries but it didnt help. I saw this post on Stapleton Moms and thought this would be perfect because I havent been working right now I would not be able to afford this for myself or daycare. Wouldn't that be wonderful to have some time to breath and relax my mind and body. This would truly be the ultimate gift because I could never afford this for myself right now. The person I feel the worst for is my son he is a toddler and I try to act healthy for him but my body is just so beat up I can't be the active mom I dreamed about being. I am sorry for rambling on I havent talked about this with alot of people. Thank you for listening my email address is jclove1160@gmail.com please contact me with any information :)

Thanks for all the comments, I wish we could give you ALL classes!! Congratulations Kim over on our Facebook page!! Normally we do random drawings, but we chose her because today is PJ Day at Swigert, and 50% of the proceeds go to a PJ Project Kim organized. She wants to provide PJ's for the kids at Denver Children's Home. They serve about 90 kids and also have a Family Resource Center with hundreds more. Most of the kids are ages 10-18 and are abused, neglected and many without parents or caretakers...

If you want to be involved and donate pj's to these kids for Christmas Eve, leave a comment and we'll find out where to drop off your new pi's or donate through paypal.
